Google Ads
Audits Google Ads measurement, Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube-linked inventory against evidence from your exports or authorized reads. Controls cover conversion tracking, search terms and waste, structure, keywords, creative assets, bidding, budgets, settings, and policy. Findings separate observations, diagnoses, and prioritized recommendations, with uncertainty and contradictions marked.

- Account and campaign structure
- Keywords and negatives
- Creative assets
- Bidding and budgets

Measurement stack

Each measurement surface is verified from your account evidence, never assumed. Findings carry explicit confidence: high, medium, low, or none.
Run this when
- Run a full Google Ads account audit before scaling spend
- Review a search terms report for waste and broad-match negatives
- Check conversion tracking health after a site or tag change
- Evaluate Performance Max and Demand Gen structure with real account data
- Draft evidence-backed optimization changes without touching the account
Guardrails
- Never suggests specific negative keywords without a search terms report plus a business-relevance and overblocking review
- No universal pause, bid, budget, learning-phase, or attribution rules
- Optional, beta, premium, and ineligible features stay unscored
- Every account change stays a draft until the mutation gate passes
Questions
Will the audit hand me a list of negative keywords?
No. Negative keywords are only generated or reviewed from your actual search terms report, with a business-relevance and overblocking check. The skill never substitutes a generic, starter, or commonly-excluded list as a workaround.
Does the audit change my bids or budgets?
No. All adapters are read-only by default. Proposed changes are drafted with a before and after diff and only applied after explicit approval, idempotency, verification, and rollback gates pass.
How does it handle benchmarks?
A benchmark is never applied without checking objective, geography, methodology, sample size, conversion lag, and account maturity. Vendor benchmarks are labeled as vendor-supplied instead of being turned into account thresholds.
